RFP 1627 Interior Upgrades: Dickson Hall Phase II

Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1627 Interior Upgrades: Dickson Hall Phase II by May 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Work shall include, but is not limited to, expansion of  existing Student Success Center on the 1 ^st floor of Dickson Hall. Renovation to offices 101, 102, 146 through 151, as well as seminar room 155 and associated corridor, and administrative services room 170. New flooring, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, and paint throughout. Power and data as needed.
