Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1637 Interior Renovations: 30 Normal Ave. by October 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: New interior wall paint; new kitchen flooring, countertops, backsplash, and appliances; refinished kitchen cabinets with new handles; first floor bathroom wall and ceiling finish repairs; rear exterior screen door, basement door, and broken glass pane replacement; second floor bathroom gut renovation with new pan shower, vanity and sink, toilet, and tiling.
