RFP Interior Remodel - Lehi Junior High

Project Description: The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to complete the work described in this RFP and attached construction documents related to an interior remodel at Lehi Junior High location in Lehi Utah. The selected vendor will work closely with Alpine School District and the project architect to complete an interior remodel. The project will consist of remodeling approximately 6,400 square feet of cafeteria and commons space. The work will primarily consist of replacing ceiling tiles, light fixtures, and HVAC diffusers. There is also some removal of existing wall carpet, which will require some walls to be painted
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held on October 29 at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Time at Lehi Junior High, 700 Cedar Hollow Road, Lehi, UT 84043. Bidders must meet in the main front office and sign in before the meeting begins.
Late arrivals will not be admitted. Check-in will close promptly at 10:30 a.m. Bidders who arrive after that time will be turned away.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Alpine School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #ASD11032026KWR. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
