Description
The Evans County Charter School System (ECCSS) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the interior and exterior painting of Claxton Middle School & Second Chance Academy. The project will enhance the aesthetic appeal, durability, and protection of the school building(s) while ensuring a high-quality and long-lasting finish.
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project efficiently. The scope includes:
1. Surface Preparation
2. Painting Areas
3. Paint Specifications
4. Protection Measures
5. Clean-Up & Disposal
6. Timeline & Work Schedule
7. Coordination Requirement.
