REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the ONEIDA COUNTY

PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT until 3:00pm, local time on December 5, 2025 for:

RFP- # 2025-442

Proposals must be submitted by mail as a hard copy or via email as a single PDF to

cklein@oneidacountyny.gov, or as a single PDF on a USB drive to:

Any questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing to Charles P. Klein by no later

than November 28, 2025 at 3 pm.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at no expense at the Department of Personnel, Empire State

Purchasing Group-Bidnet or downloaded from the Oneida County website at

https://oneidacountyny.gov/departments/purchasing/rfps/

The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
