IDD Residential Collaboration with Local Mental Health

Deschutes County Behavioral Health, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Program (DCBH), a service area within Deschutes County Health Services, as part of Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, is releasing this competitive RFP to select a contractor for the operation of a 24-Hour Residential setting for adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD), utilizing a County owned residence. The location is still being finalized, but will most likely be located in Redmond, Oregon. There is no financial award being made through this RFP. Please see scope of work for a description of in-kind program incentive related to lease of a County owned/maintained property and training resources from the Community Mental Health Program.

NOTE: All proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall become the property of Deschutes County and may be utilized in any manner and for any purpose by Deschutes County. Be advised that proposals and all documents submitted in response to this RFP are subject to public disclosure as required by applicable state and/or federal laws.
