Notice is hereby given that the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) will
receive electronic Proposals from qualified firms for Poplar Harvest Services at the MWMC Biocycle
Farm, 29689 Awbrey Lane, Eugene, Oregon 97402.
Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. (PDT) on January 9, 2026.
Late, faxed, or unsigned Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals shall be emailed to both the MWMC
Contract Manager and MWMCproposals@springfield-or.gov.
