FIRE STATION SWALE PROJECT

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the FIRE STATION SWALE PROJECT will be received by

HYRUM CITY, at their office located at 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah 84319, until 3:00 pm (local time),

Wednesday, May 21, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of: The construction of approximately 2,200 square feet of asphalt pavement

reconstruction, consisting of regrading existing asphalt and installation of a concrete gutter in front of

the Hyrum Fire Station along 100 West in Hyrum, Utah, approximately 170 feet of gravel drainage swale,

cleanout boxes, approximately 550 feet of drainage pipe, a subsurface gravel sump, approximately 1,800

square feet of parking lot, and curb and gutter. Work shall be substantially complete on or before

September 1, 2025.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid

Form.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 3:30 pm local time on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at the Hyrum City

Office Council Chambers, 60 West Main, Hyrum, Utah. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly

encouraged but is not mandatory.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
