REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP #24-026
Hydrogen Fueling Station

The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC) will accept proposals until 4:30 PM, EST, November 25, 2024. Proposal submission requirements are detailed in RFP #24-026.

Questions may be asked in writing until 4:30 PM, EST, October 31, 2024. All questions should be sent by email to DTCContractAdministration@delaware.gov .

A complete package, including detailed specifications, may be obtained from Christyn Small, by emailing DTCContractAdministration@delaware.gov .

Successful proposers are required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid.

DTC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
