RFP: HVAC ON-CALL SERVICES FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT

The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport hereby requests the submittal of proposals from highly qualified vendors with substantial previous comprehensive experience in Electrical services.   The winning vendor will provide routine maintenance and on-call service on an as needed basis. Proposals should demonstrate the Respondent's capacity and readiness to perform the Scope of Services immediately upon execution of a Contract with HACS.

A two-year contract with three (3) additional one (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the HACS is being offered, subject to the appropriation of funding and performance of the vendor.

The contract and award will be made at HACS’s discretion. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued in the same manner as the original request.

Responses are due on July 23, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in HACS's Administrative Office, 2500 Line Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71104.

An interview may be conducted with qualified proposers during the evaluation of the proposals.

The HACS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the HACS.
