RFP# 25251024 HSIP: FFY25-29 Statewide Road Safety Audit

The State of Alaska Dept. of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is soliciting professional engineering services to prepare a series of Road Safety Audits (RSA) per HSIP nominations 24HN01 Rural/Remote School Zone Safety Audit Project and 24HN02 Road Safety Audit Program. This bundled procurement will:

(24HN01) Identify and conduct RSAs at eligible school zones
(24HN02) Conduct an RSA each year for 5 years at a location requested by regions (years
1, 3, and 5) and each MPO (years 2 and 4)

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2025 through December2030.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of greater than a $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available FEBRUARY 27, 2025 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: https://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-rfp-cal.cfm Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than MARCH 21, 2025 , 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.

The Northern Region Contracts Section will accept electronic (Zendto) submission of proposals.
