The San Joaquin County Human Services Agency (HSA) is soliciting proposals for Wraparound Services to provide service alternatives to Short-Term Residential Treatment Programs (STRTP) through expanded family-based services. Wraparound is a family centered, strength-based, needs driven planning process for creating individualized services. The target population consists of children and youth placed in the County’s care, who are involved in the Child Welfare system, Mental Health system, or Juvenile Probation system. It supports children, youth and their families, facilitating access to normalized and inclusive community options, activities and opportunities.
