The City of Hot Springs will accept sealed bids/RFPs until the time and date stated below for the following:
RFP HS-25-034 - MONDAY, JULY 28, 2025 AT 2:00 PM C.T. – PROVIDE LABOR, MATERIALS, AND INSTALL SPLASH PAD AT DAVID WATKINS MEMORIAL PARK (CDBG), HOT SPRINGS, AR.
The complete request for proposal is available online at http://arkansas.ionwave.net . Interested proposers must register at this site to submit bids electronically. This is the preferred method of submittal. Sealed paper responses to this invitation can also be submitted to the City of Hot Springs Purchasing Division, 324 Malvern Ave, 2nd Floor, Room 206, 71901, P.O. Box 6300, 71902, Hot Springs, AR.
Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the specifications. The City reserves the right to accept part or all of any specific proposal(s). The City further reserves the right to reject all proposals or part or all of any specific proposal, to hold all proposals in force and effect for ninety (90) calendar days after the date of opening, to waive any informalities in the proposal(s), and to postpone or cancel the proposal opening date for cause or convenience.
