Project Description. All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to renovate the mailbox area to create new student work spaces, new furniture and upgrade the finishes in the first-floor lobby area and common areas on levels 2 through 7 in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by O’Connell Robertson & Associates Inc, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2025 @ 2:00 PM CT at General Services Building, located at 4211 Elgin, Houston, Tx 77204 Room No. 201.  Failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will result in disqualification.
