RFP Housing Loan Portfolio Management Services (Re-Bid)

The City of Arcata is seeking proposals from licensed financial management, loan servicing, and other qualified consulting firms to carry forward and provide loan management services for its existing housing support program loan portfolio, with the potential for originating future loans as funding becomes available. Required services consist of all aspects of loan servicing, including but not limited to: loan set-up, long-term tracking; processing monthly statements; collections; customer services; quarterly/annual reporting; and other tasks as described within this RFP package. The City intends to enter a multi-year agreement for up to three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.

Proposals will be received at the City Manager’s Office, 736 F Street, Arcata, California until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2024. Proposals will be evaluated by a selection committee whose assessment will inform the recommendation for contract award.
