RFP26-014 HOMER MIDDLE SCHOOL PARENT / STUDENT DROP OFF
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to develop schematic, design / development and bidding documents for Rehabilitation of the Homer Middle School parking lot and the Parent Student drop Off / Pickup area while improving traffic flow and parking.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM via Zoom. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Proposal documents may be obtained online beginning February 13, 2026, at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies can be picked up at the Purchasing and Contracting Department at 47140 East Poppy Lane, Soldotna, AK 99669. |
