The purpose of this solicitation Home Weatherization Upgrades 2026 (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide Home Weatherization Upgrades as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
