RFP #2026-01 Holly Springs Amphitheatre Naming Rights

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Holly Springs, located at 3237 Holly Springs Parkway, Holly Springs, Georgia 30115, will
receive sealed proposals until:
August 31,2026, at 10:00 AM
For the project known as:
Holly Springs Amphitheatre Naming Rights
Project Number: RFP #2026-01
Proposals are due by August 31, 2026, by 10:00 AM and will be opened and read aloud shortly thereafter
in the City Hall Conference Room 3237 Holly Springs Parkway, Holly Springs, Georgia 30115. No other
determination of award will take place at the Proposal opening. Proposals received after the
designated time will not be considered.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
The City of Holly Springs, Georgia is seeking proposals from qualified businesses
or organizations interested in securing exclusive naming rights to the Holly Sprigs
Amphitheatre located at 335 Edward Barrett Drive within the Holly Springs Town
Center.
Proposers shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.

The official Announcment of Award is anticipated to be given to the chosen contractor in December
2026.
Each Proposer promises and agrees that its proposal shall be irrevocable for a period of 90 calendar days
after submittal date and will not be withdrawn or modified during that time unless a written agreement
between the City and the Proposer is executed by both parties. If necessary, the period of time specified
may be extended by written agreement.

Each Proposal must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE addressed to the Owners. Each
sealed envelope containing a Proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as, Sealed Proposal for
City of Holly Spring, Georgia - Holly Springs Amphitheatre Naming Rights RFP #2026-01 and the
envelope should bear on the outside the name and address of the Proposer.
If the Proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Proposal must be enclosed in
a separate mailing envelope and plainly marked on the outside as, Sealed Proposal for City of Holly
Spring, Georgia - Holly Springs Amphitheatre Naming Rights RFP #2026-01 the attention of the
Owners. The mailing address is P.O. Box 990 Holly Springs, GA 30142. Proposals may be hand-
delivered to Holly Springs City Hall at 3237 Holly Springs Parkway, Holly Springs, GA 30115.
The Owners reserve the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
