Project Description: Hobble Creek Park located at 2248 Deer Creek Way, Springville, Utah has served the community for many years. The existing playground is in poor condition and does not adequately serve the park patrons.
Funding for a new playground is now available, and we are requesting proposals for a complete turn-key project for a BASE BID playground replacement.
