Hilton Head Public Service District (HHPSD) invites qualified construction contractors, design-build teams, and other qualified project delivery entities to submit proposals for the replacement of the existing 10-inch potable water transmission main serving Ribaut Island within Hilton Head Plantation, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
