General:
This addendum will form a part of the RFP and modifies the original Request for Proposal (RFP)
document. The following changes take precedence over items in the RFP. Any portion of the
RFP not changed by this Addendum remains in effect. Recipients of the Addendum are advised
to provide this Addendum to anyone to whom they further distribute without the BAA’s
knowledge.
Participants in this RFP are required to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their proposal.
Failure to do so may subject Proposer for disqualification.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CLARIFICATIONS/DESCRIBED BELOW:
1. Question: Can the Authority kindly clarify which OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
should be quoted for installation?
Answer: The RFP includes diverters and installation. Please quote the equipment you are
bidding for this project, including installation costs.
2. Question: Does the Authority have a clear interest in new Vanderlande High-Capacity
Diverters (HCD's) vs. Siemens High-Speed Diverters (HSD)? Currently these are mentioned
intermittently in the RFP.
Answer: The airport has interest in both options.
3. Question: Can the Authority please clarify if the Closing date is December 5, 2026, as stated
on page 2 or 2025 as stated on page 8.
Answer: The closing date is December 5th, 2025
4. Question: Is the expectation that the installation portion can only take 3 months? What hours
are available to work on the installation?
Answer: Contractor will need to provide installation schedule. Work will be contingent on
the last outbound flight. 8pm to 2:30am central time.
