Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Heat Pump Replacement for Bell Court Senior Apartments. Please refer to RFP #25-404 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held on May 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST  at 690 West Adams Circle, Woodsboro, Maryland 21798.  Please register by emailing the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov

Due Date:  June 24, 2025, by 11:00 AM EST.  Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - See Details in the document to join the meeting or dial 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID: 871 898 302# and you will be conferenced in.
