RFP - Health and Wellness Benefits Assessment Consultant

The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) seeks proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits Assessment. ARC is a self¿insured entity providing health and wellness benefits to its employees and their dependents. This assessment is aimed to evaluate ARC¿s current self¿insured model, explore potential partnerships with other organizations or governmental entities, and determine if ARC should remain self¿insured. Additionally, the assessment will include a feasibility study to transition to a single Third¿Party Administrator (TPA) if deemed beneficial based on the assessment findings. ARC provides a variety of health and wellness benefits to its employees, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as wellness programs and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). The assessment should consider how these benefits align with employee needs and industry best practices. Work shall need to begin March 17, 2025, and conclude by June 17, 2025. This RFP is solely for a consultant to conduct an assessment of ARC¿s Health and Wellness Benefits. It is not intended to select or engage a brokerage firm for ongoing services.
