REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

HEALTH BENEFITS CONSULTANT

Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, is releasing this competitive solicitation to secure a qualified contractor to provide health benefits consulting services. The contractor selected will provide a full range of consulting services in conjunction with Deschutes County Human Resources’ responsibility to arrange, procure, and administer health benefit programs for Third Party Administrator services and a Pharmacy Benefits Management program, onsite pharmacy and health clinic services, and all other benefits related services providers.

RFP packets are available on the Deschutes County website at: https://www.deschutes.org/rfps . Proposers intending to submit proposals must register online when retrieving the RFP packet.

Submittals are due by 5:00 PM PST on May 8, 2025.
