Description
The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (¿the Owner¿) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct a comprehensive Hazardous Materials Commodity Flow Study (HMCFS) for Glynn County. This project will identify and analyze the types, volumes, and transportation patterns of hazardous materials moving into, out of, and through the County via roadway, railway, waterway, and pipeline systems. The study will follow nationally recognized methodologies and will provide validated, data-driven insights to enhance planning, response, and risk reduction efforts across the County¿s transportation corridors and critical infrastructure.
