Carteret County Government is seeking competitive proposals to remove and replace up to seventeen (17) finger piers at the Harkers Island Harbor of Refuge located at 206 Island Road, Harkers Island, NC 28531.

The contractor shall abide by the details and shall refer to the associated diagrams in addition to the scope of work specified within the documents provided below. Site visits may be done by contacting Ashley Bennett, Purchasing Agent, at 252-728-8410.
