RFP #25-293 Hampstead Annex Audio Visual System

Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide an assessment of current audio-visual systems at the Hampstead Annex and design/ planning/installation for new audio and video equipment. Training must be provided and options for ongoing support/ maintenance should be included in proposals. A walk thru of the facility will be provided on December 2nd, 2024, at 10am. Attendees should meet inside the main entrance of the building. Proposals shall be submitted in person or by FedEx/UPS/courier to 805 S. Walker St., Burgaw, NC 28425. Proposals sent by US Mail should be submitted to PO Box 1578, Burgaw, NC 28425. Responses are due no later than December 12, 2024 at 2pm and must be labeled “RFP # 25-293”. There will not be a formal opening. MWBE or HUB certified firms are encouraged to participate. Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities and interview responding firms, and to reject any or all responses.
