To provide professional services for Anne Arundel County Maryland's Safe Routes to Schools (SRTS) accessibility studies at ten (10) elementary schools and up to ten (10) middle schools in Anne Arundel County. This solicitation will follow The Brooks Act, which requires open competition by advertising, evaluation, ranking, selecting, and negotiating contracts based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for these services, and at a fair and reasonable price. All Consultants will be given a fair opportunity to be considered for an award. Anne Arundel County encourages MDOT certified SBE/DBE firms to respond.
