The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to:

• Answer Questions Received
• Modify Sections of the RFP
• Provide Meeting Location for the Offeror Site Inspection

Amendment #1 is a mandatory return Amendment

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to result in a single contract award for management, administration, operation and maintenance of State-owned parking facilities (public and employee parking) and shuttle bus service at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) located in Anchorage, Alaska.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Standard Time on June 16, 2025 faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
