Description
City of Rochester is accepting qualified proposals for its group health insurance plans.
Proposals will be accepted until Friday, April 3rd, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. from health insurance providers licensed in Minnesota. It is not the City’s intentions to change consultants, but to seek plan options.

City of Rochester reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof; and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal process.
