RFP - Group Health and Dental Insurance

The City of Highland Village is accepting proposals for group health and dental insurance, with an option for annual renewal.  All prospective proposals are to be sealed.  Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, on Monday, July 28, 2025 in the office of the City Secretary, City of Highland Village, 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, Texas 75077.  Proposal envelopes shall be sealed and marked with: “Proposal: Group Health Insurance”.  Any proposals received after the time and date stated above, regardless of delivery, will be returned unopened.  All proposals will be evaluated by the City’s broker/consultant Higginbotham and Associates.  All interested parties are invited to attend the opening on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at the City of Highland Village Municipal Complex, but are not required to do so.  The City of Highland Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in part or in whole, to waive any informality in any proposal and to accept any proposal which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Highland Village.  To request bid packet, please contact Human Resources at 972-899-5087.
