RFP #25-75, Groundskeeping and Landscaping Services for Henry County Facilities - Annual Contract

Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provide groundskeeping, mowing and landscaping services for the listed Henry County Facilities on an annual contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
RFP's will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on Friday, June 13, 2025. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Bids submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed bids will not be considered.
RFP's may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all RFP's and to waive any technicalities.
