RFP - GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The City of Hialeah (“City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP” or “Solicitation”) for the purpose of establishing a three (3) year services agreement, with an option to renew for one (1) additional (2) two-year term, to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform complete landscape of the City’s parks. Said services shall be provided at the lowest price, as specified herein, from a company that will give prompt, efficient and quality service while fully complying with the terms, conditions and specifications of this Solicitation. The Proponent must have the capacity to service efficiently and expeditiously each of the grounds at the location indicated herein.
