BEAUMONTISD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Beaumont Independent School District is requesting proposals (RFP) for GreaseTrap Cleaning Services (RFP 26.07).

The RFP package and specifications (all documents) may be obtainedat www.bmtisd.com/bids or by request from the BISD PurchasingDepartment, 3395 Harrison Avenue, Beaumont, TX  77706; 409-617-5000.

The deadline to submit a response to the RFP is 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September24, 2025.  Responses must be sealed, hard copies and must be delivered toBISD Purchasing Department, 3395 Harrison Avenue, Beaumont, TX 77706 before the deadline.  Proposals will be publicly opened andread aloud at the Administration Building, 3395 Harrison Avenue, Beaumont,TX  77706 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

Federal funds (USDA/TDA funding) will be used to pay for all or portionof any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP.

Award of contract, if any, will be made to the proposer thatoffers the best value for BISD based on the selectioncriteria: Price, experience and reputation, quality of services, andextent to which goods and services meet the district’s needs. (as detailed inthe RFP package).
