Description
The Candler County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified vendors to provide, deliver, and install a 60KW, 120/208v Three Phase generator set. The project also includes the removal and proper disposal of the existing generator currently installed at the Candler County Sheriff's Office and Detention Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including equipment supply, removal of the old unit, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning. (Down time is to be scheduled and at a minimum because of the importance of the generator backing up power to the Detention Center)
County will remove and dispose of the diesel in the existing generator and fill the generator back up (not the responsibility of the contractor, a 48 hour notice will be given during the work week and a 96 hour notice for the weekend)
