RFP27-003 2026 General Lan Sale Marketing and Auction Services
The Kenai Peninsula Borough (KPB) hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide specified marketing and auction services required for the successful sale of approximately fifteen (15) to twenty (20) parcels of Borough owned lands. The total number of parcels for sale is subject to change pursuant to Assembly approval by Ordinance. Sale of parcels will be via live public outcry/simulcast online auction, as well as a subsequent online-only auction for those parcels not initially sold as part of the live auction.
