The Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport hereby requests the submittal of proposals from highly qualified legal service firms who can provide a wide range of legal services on an as-needed basis on behalf of HACS, or any subsidiaries. These legal services will include, but are not limited to, matters dealing with federal and state public housing laws, rules and regulations and administrative matters, collective bargaining laws and procedures, advisory opinions and grievance procedures.
