RFP FY-25-26-07- Recycling and Waste Manangement Services

Project Description: Reading Area Community College (“College”) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms (each, a “Bidder”) to submit formal sealed bids (each, a “Bid”) online to provide services for Recycling and Waste management services. The work includes College-wide recycling and waste management pick-up services.
The award will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) optional 1-year extensions based on performance.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Mar 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM in Yocum Library Room 117. All Bidders are welcome to attend. Please Park in Student Lot A, located on Front Street. A campus map may be found at https://www.racc.edu/about-racc/campus-map-and-directions.
All written requests for clarifications must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 24 Mar 2026 at 12:00 PM. Requests must be submitted in writing through the PennBid platform.
Responses to clarifications will be posted to PennBid by 12:00 on 26 Mar 2026.
All Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on Monday 30 Mar 2026 @12:00,for the above project through the PennBid portal.
RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
