Proposals will be received until Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, at 2 p.m. for the following:
RFP #0001-FY27-PRCR
Aquatics Operations / Management / Staffing Services
Proposals must be submitted via USPS or other delivery methods (UPS, FedEx, etc.) or hand delivered to Hollie Aldridge, Purchasing Supervisor at 234 Friendship Chapel Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
Mandatory Site Visits will take place Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at Holding Park Aquatic Center at 10 a.m. and at Joey McCrea Wiggins Park Sprayground at 11:30 a.m.
RFP documents may be accessed by clicking on the above RFP # and name.
The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make the award as deemed in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest.
