RFP: Fuel Management System

Carteret County is looking for suppliers to provide an emergency fuel supply. We've attached a Request for Proposal (RFP) that details all the project requirements.

To be considered, your proposal must be submitted in writing by 3:00 PM (EST) on July 7, 2025. We cannot accept any proposals after this time. If you're mailing your proposal, please allow enough delivery time to ensure it arrives punctually. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your proposal reaches Carteret County Emergency Services on or before the deadline. The County isn't responsible for any delays that may occur.

Any changes or updates to this RFP will be sent out in writing as an addendum. It's up to the supplier to make sure they've received all addenda.

Carteret County encourages small, minority, and woman-owned businesses to participate. Please note that Carteret County has the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all proposals, and accept any proposal that we believe is in the County's best interest.

Again, no proposals will be received or accepted after 3:00 PM (EST) on July 7, 2025. Late proposals will be considered invalid and returned unopened.
