RFP 25-02-27-FS: Real Estate and Property Management Services

Notice is hereby given that the City of Crestview is soliciting proposals for Real Estate and Property Management Services.

Proposals will be accepted in the City Clerk’s Office, Crestview City Hall, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida, 32536, until February 27, 2025 at 3:00 pm which may be amended by addendum issued by the City. All untimely proposals will not be considered and will be returned to the Proposer unopened. Proposals will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms to deem the Proposer responsive or non-responsive. Proposals will be opened, and the names of the Proposers read aloud on February 27, 2025 at 3:00 pm in the Council Chambers located in City Hall, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida, 32536.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting for this project on February 11, 2025 at 10:00 am at City Hall, Council Chambers, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, Florida, 32536. All attendees of the Pre-Proposal Meeting must sign in. The representative of each Proposer shall be an authorized employee of the Proposer and shall sign in accordingly. Proposers are encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting and are urged to obtain RFP documents and familiarize themselves with them prior to the meeting.

DESCRIPTION

The City of Crestview is seeking a qualified professional real estate broker to represent the City in the sale, purchase, lease, and management of properties as needed. This includes providing consultation on real estate transactions, title issues, appraisals, and other related services.

All Requests for Proposals are solicited and will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the RFP. An evaluation committee will review proposals, and shortlisted Proposers may be required to make a presentation before the committee and/or City Council.
