The University of Alaska Anchorage hereinafter called “University”, is requesting proposals from consulting firms for professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the following Project:

The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design services for a new shared facility on the Kachemak Bay Campus, with the potential of multi-phased construction of facilities.

Basis of Award: Proposals will be evaluated by a Selection Committee using the criteria outlined in Section C of the RFP. Pending the availability of funding, an Agreement will be awarded to the highest ranked, responsive, responsible Offeror whose Proposal conforms in all essential aspects to the solicitation requirements. The ranking will be based on the combined score of initial evaluation, interview rating and past performance surveys.

Offerors must register through the website to be notified of addenda.  The Offeror is responsible for periodically checking the site for addenda or additional information for the project.

RFP Inquiries: Inquiries and questions relating to this RFP shall be submitted through the UAA email no later than September 5, 2025 by 2:00 PM.

Pre-Proposal Conference: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held over Zoom on September 2, 2025 at 10:30 AM.

Deadline for Submission of Proposals: The University must receive Proposals no later than 5:00 p.m., September 23, 2025 to be considered.

Submission of Proposals: Proposals must be submitted electronically on the Bid Express website as specified in the Instructions to Offerors. Offerors must create a profile with Bid Express in order to submit a Proposal. Proposals will only be accepted up to the deadline for submission of Proposals.
