REQUEST FOR BID
Sealed Bids will be received by the Town of Dauphin Island at Town Hall (1011 Bienville Boulevard, Dauphin
Island, AL 36528) until 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and thereafter the same will be publicly
opened for furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all Work required by Town of Dauphin Island for
the following Project:

FORT BATHROOM/PLUMBING UPGRADE/IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days will be allowed for completion of the Project from the
Commencement

A REQUIRED PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD ON JULY 29 AT 1 PM TOWN HALL.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINE
Interested contractors must submit by 1:00 pm (CST) on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 a sealed copy of the bid
