FOR ZAMBONI SPONSORSHIP AT THE NEW ICE PARK
FOR THE CITY OF HOLLAND

September 3, 2025

INTRODUCTION

The City of Holland (City) is requesting proposals for a Zamboni Sponsorship at the New Ice Park. The project is anticipated to begin in 2025.

The City of Holland officially distributes RFP documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofholland and through the Bids and RFPs page on the City’s website www.cityofholland.com .

Proposals may be submitted electronically via the MITN website or by delivering a hard-copy submission to the City no later than 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2025. Respondents accept all risks of late delivery of mailed proposals, regardless of fault. Submittals arriving after the deadline will not be considered. Hard-copy proposals (two copies) must be clearly marked “Zamboni Sponsorship Request for Proposals” and mailed or delivered to:

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, to waive any information or irregularities in any submittal, and to cancel or revise this request. This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by any respondent in the preparation of an RFP.
