Village of Vanguard is seeking qualified contractors to submit a bid for the Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide materials and services to construct the wastewater bypass system and the sludge pad for the Sewage Treatment Plant in the village of Vanguard, Saskatchewan in accordance with the engineering drawings and described herein for a unit price by agreement under contract.
