RFP FOR VENDOR SERVICES OF BRANDED MERCHANDISE FOR EMPLOYEE GIFTS

Eagle County (“County”) is soliciting proposals from promotional products companies to provide vendor services of branded merchandise to be distributed to County employees as employee appreciation gifts.  This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive.  Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other third parties.

Proposals must be received by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or hand delivered to the

Eagle County Administration Office at 500 Broadway Street, Eagle, Colorado 81631 or emailed to Rhea.Silverkorn@eaglecounty.us by March 1st, 2025 . Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

The proposal document may be obtained at the Eagle County Administration Office at 500 Broadway Street in Eagle, Colorado during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
