RFP for Transportation Development Act (TDA)/State Transit Assistance (STA) Claims Portal

Project Description: [UPCOMING APRIL 2025] This is an upcoming procurement. All dates are tentative and will be confirmed prior to procurement being released for responses. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a proposal for the development of a Transportation Development Act (TDA) Claims Portal for the nine-county Bay Area region. Through this RFP, MTC will select a consultant to develop a comprehensive claim portal system, and integrate claim related information into that system, that will allow for streamlined administration of TDA allocations to jurisdiction recipients and analysis of the key funding distributions in the region and its constituent cities. This claims portal system must be easy to use and flexible in order to allow for the addition of further funding opportunities as they become available. See Appendix A, Scope of Work for more details.
