Description
Project Description: The Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority, herein referred to as LANTA, is seeking Request for Proposals (RFPs) for ticket vending machines. A complete Request for Proposals package will be available on PENNBID at www.pennbid.net on October 16th, 2024. Request for Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. November 18th, 2024.
Request for Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:
A. Compliance with technical specifications (robustness, functionality, multi-language support, etc.) B. Compatibility with the Masabi system and support for fare capping C. Price and cost-effectiveness D. Vendor’s experience and track record, particularly with similar projects E. Delivery timeline and implementation schedule F. Warranty terms and post-installation support options
