Description
The Liquor Distribution Branch requests proposals for the provision of ticket moulding products and services. Details of this requirement are in this Request for Proposals document and its attachments.
Closing Date and Time: Proposals must be received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on June 26, 2025.
Submission of Proposals: Proposals must be in English and must be submitted using one of the following submission methods:
BC Bid Submission: Submit an electronic Proposal using BC Bid. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out both on BC Bid and in Section 2.0 of this RFP. Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can submit an electronic Proposal using BC Bid.

Email Submission: Submit an electronic Proposal by email. Proposals submitted by email must be submitted to svp.solicitations@bcldb.com in accordance with the instructions in Section 2.0 of this RFP. Include the opportunity description and ID in the subject line of the email.
Delivery of Proponent Samples: In addition to the required Proposal submission, as described above, Proponents must submit physical samples as further described in Section 5.3 of this RFP. The samples should be clearly labelled with “RFP2025-06-26 Ticket Moulding Products and Services”, and the Proponent’s name and address. Samples must be received by the LDB before the Closing Date and Time to the following address: Liquor Distribution Branch, 3383 Gilmore Way, Burnaby, British Columbia V5G 4S1
