BID SUMMARY

Commodity/Service Being Requested: Third-Party Administrator Services

Type of Solicitation: Request for Proposals (RFP) – Jackson County is requesting bids for third-

party administrator services. It is the intention of Jackson County to bid and award a Master

Agreement to a contractor capable of providing third-party administrator services to oversee a

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Jackson County Michigan.

Type of Resulting Contract: Jackson County will use the results of this process to award a

contract to a Vendor capable of meeting the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP.

Resulting Contract Term: Jackson County will use the results of this process to award a contract

for a term of two years. Contact will end September 30, 2027.
